Shawn Flynn is a seasoned mid-market investment banker, entrepreneur, and award-winning podcast host. After founding and exiting a business in Beijing, China, he returned to Silicon Valley to lead innovation initiatives, including serving as Head of Incubation for an AI-focused incubator and President of a prominent angel investor group. He is the founder of Silicon Valley Highpoint Capital, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, growth capital, and secondary transactions.

Shawn holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from UC San Diego, speaks Mandarin and Spanish, and hosts the acclaimed Silicon Valley Podcast, featuring conversations with leading innovators. He is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC.
